Our beautiful Date Syrup makes a great topping for porridge, cereal, pancakes, yoghurt and ice cream.This Silky, Smooth & Rich Date Syrup is not like your ordinary syrup; its light on the tongue and leaves a butterscotch taste on the tongue. It is much larger than your ordinary syrups available in supermarkets and its consistency is very smooth, light & bright in comparison to other syrups!
It can be used as a direct replacement for Maple Syrup, Golden Syrup, Barley Malt Extract or honey. Each serving of date syrup contains magnesium, potassium, amino acids, antioxidants and other trace minerals. 

**If the Syrup is exposed to cold temperatures, then there is a chance of solidification of syrup and crystallisation of sugar molecules due to which the texture will be changed. This is 100% normal for any natural syrup**

If that happens, you can simply put in in a room temperature condition or place in some warm water to allow the natural syrup to regain the liquid phase then you can use it. There will be no adverse effect but the texture will be slight altered.
